RBL is entering an exciting new chapter of growth, innovation, and expanded impact. Onward and Upward reflects our commitment to strengthening our programs, reaching more incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals, and building a sustainable future rooted in dignity, transformation, and hope. We are also creating more meaningful opportunities for volunteers to facilitate discussions and support participants and strengthening our ability to measure cognitive behavioral transformation. As we grow, RBL will track changes in critical thinking, decision-making, emotional regulation, communication, and readiness for successful reentry.
